Remaining 25% Balance - Event Videography

Hi Mara,

Thank you for the discussion last evening. Per our agreement, I am forwarding over an invoice for you to make payment. This is for the remaining 25% balance, to be paid before or ON 9/30 by midnight.

***NOTE: Please be aware that your company would be in breach of contract should 48 business hours pass following the final product be delivered and payment not be received by videographer.***

PROJECT TYPE: Videography

PROJECT SCOPE: 1 worksite visit, total of 8 hours, 30 days to edit

DELIVERABLES: 1 final professionally-edited video to be produced, capturing spirit, emotion and mission of the event, with brief audio/visual interview

• Full event coverage (hours 3pm - 11pm)

• Team of 2+ videographers will film event as requested (my discretion how many crew members I ultimately bring)

• Finished video to have 3:15 - 3:30 min run time

• Brief (5-10 min) interview footage gathered day of event (at roughly 4:30 - 4:45pm)

• Delivery time of video: within 30 days following event (emailed to client by 9/30/19)

• Client prefers licensed music track and will purchase the rights to song ultimately selected

• Client requested input on song choice from videographer, exact song TBD in next 3 weeks

• Videographer will put own company logo at end of video

• Per Contract dated 8/24/19 with Client

CONTRACT

✓ Contract will supersede all other agreements but will NOT conflict with verbal, email communication and this invoice. The intent is for Contract simply to document what was verbally discussed and serve as Entire Agreement.

All sessions are to be paid in advance, with no cancellations. In case of client's last-minute cancellation of videographer's services, remaining balance may be refundable.
