PROJECT TYPE: Architectural, Commercial Real Estate Photography

PROJECT SCOPE: 3 worksite visits, total of 9 hours, 60 days

DELIVERABLES: 45 final professionally-edited images to be produced

• Client has requested photos of building interiors and exteriors
• Photographer will take photos and edit photos as requested
• Drone photos and interior photos will be taken on three (3) selected dates within 60 days of project start
• Photos will be directly provided to client for review and download
• Per Contract dated 9/3/19 with Client and client updates 10/24/19
  
• Price is inclusive of NC Sales Tax

CONTRACT

✓ Contract will supersede all other agreements but will NOT conflict with verbal, email communication and this invoice. The intent is for Contract simply to document what was verbally discussed and serve as Entire Agreement.

All sessions are to be paid in advance, with no cancellations. Money paid is non-refundable.
