Invoice: 3-4 hr Session fee & Custom Fashion Package

Hi Sarah,

Thank you for the discussion earlier today. Per our agreement, I am forwarding over an invoice for you to make payment. The $500 non-refundable retainer will secure your date.

We agree to a shoot date of FRIDAY, AUG 24TH, with a 3-4 shoot window, and for you to receive between 25-40 final edited images.

Your package will include all of the below:

• a) 3-4 hr session fee
  
• b) tethered shooting (allows for client proofing in real-time)
• c) client to receive 25-40 images
  
• d) full photo rights for all 25-40 images
• e) One (1) Round of Batch Retouching.

Retouching Options

You will receive both tethering and 1 round of retouching. I believe you will be very happy with this.

However, should you need an additional round of retouching beyond the proof gallery and 1st round of edits, that will be $75.00 dollars / image for edits.

If you need more than 5 images retouched for a second round of edits, I can offer Batch Retouching (2nd Round of Retouching)

2nd Round of Retouching is available for up to 15 images from this shoot ($575.00 dollars), or for all 40 images ($820.00 dollars).

Commitments & Timeline

✓ Following receipt of the retainer, you will receive a finalized contract from me within 48 hours of this discussion (by 4:30pm on Friday, Aug 17).

✓ I will please need your $500.00 retainer paid by midnight tomorrow, Thurs 8/16, to secure your date.

✓ Once Contract has been signed, you will have until Midnight on Thursday, Aug 23 to pay remaining balance of $975.00 dollars, in full.

✓ Shoot Date -- I can commit to a Shoot/HMUA start time of 3:30pm at 8725 Kody Marie Court -- but I am confident that we can work out the timing specifics. I am trying to avoid an additional cost around start times, but if I do need to assess such costs, these will not exceed $100.00 dollars.

✓ You will receive all final photos within 30 days of shoot date, including 1st round of retouching. This date is September 23, 2018.

CONTRACT and RESCHEDULES

Contract will supercede all other agreements but will NOT conflict with verbal, email communication and this invoice. The intent is for Contract simply to document what was verbally discussed and serve as Entire Agreement.

In event of inclement weather, your shoot cannot be rescheduled to another date. All sessions are to be paid in advance, with no cancellations. Retainer is non-refundable.
